摘  要:为了加强对学生护理技能和临床实践能力的训练,使学生的在校学习与临床实际工作无缝对接,设计内科、外科、儿科、妇产科教学病例,采用任务驱动教学法,以护理程序为核心,模拟临床护理工作流程,对高职高专护理专业学生进行综合护理技能训练。结果综合护理技能训练提高了学生的能力。In order to improve nursing students' operational skills and clinical competence and promote seamless coupling between theoretical knowledge and clinical practice,the teachers designed various teaching cases of medical nursing,surgical nursing,pediatric nursing,and obstetrical and gynecological nursing,used task-driven approach,took nursing procedures as the center for simulating clinical nursing,and trained the vocational nursing students comprehensive nursing skills.As a result,comprehensive nursing skills training improved the nursing students' operational skills and clinical competence.
