摘　　要：对《中小学教师职业道德规范》中的"关爱"一词,用新理念进行了重新解读,提出了关爱的三个层次,阐述了关爱的教育学和心理学理论基础,并提出了关爱的行动策略。This article is aimed at reinterpreting ＂care and love＂,a phrase proposed by the Code of Ethics for Primary and Middle School Teachers with a new concept and putting forward the three leves of care and love and revealing its basic pedogogic and psychological theories as well as proposing the acting strategy of ＂care and love＂
