摘　　要：当前国际金融危机对美国公立高等教育财政产生了重要影响,州财政拨款大幅削减,学费飙升,学生贷款严重受损。为应对当前金融危机,美国联邦政府启动了一系列卓有成效的举措,为公立高等教育财政走出困境提供了重要保障。基于美国经验和我国现实需求,国家政府应在解决公立高等教育财政危机中发挥主导作用,不断提升高校入学能力,通过加强大学科技创新加速经济复苏。US public higher education finance has been negatively impacted by the current global financial crisis with large cuts in state funding, great increase of tuition and severe loss in student loans. To respond to the current financial crisis, the US federal government has initiated a series of effective measurements which ensures US public higher education finance to break away from the predicament. Based on American experiences and Chinese actual needs, national government should play the leading role in alleviating budget crisis in public higher education and increasingly promote enrollment capacity in public higher education. Meanwhile, science and technolo^T innovation in universities should be strengthened to accelerate economic recovery.
