摘　　要：总结白酒机械化的发展历程。结合衡水老白干的生产实践,利用现有设备,保持传统工艺操作技法的前提下,试验研制机械装置代替人工操作,提高了劳动效率,减少了工人劳动强度。并对进一步的机械化自动化车间建设进行了构思和设想。the development of mechanization of liquor making was summarized.Based on the practice of Hengshui Laobaigan production,under the premise of using the existed equipments and operation techniques,and maintaining the traditional process,investigation of using mechanical device instead of manually operation was carried out in order to improve labor efficiency and to reduce labor intensity.Further,construction of mechanized and automated workshop was conceived.
