摘  要:玉米黄素和叶黄素共同构成视黄斑色素,视黄斑色素在保护眼健康方面起到非常重要的作用。本文以叶黄素为原料,在碱性条件下经异构化反应制备玉米黄素,研究了有机碱液的加入方式、有机碱液的加入量对异构化反应的转化率、收率的影响,分析了造成这些影响的可能原因。实验结果表明,叶黄素异构化制备玉米黄素过程中应控制有机碱液的加入量,并以滴加的方式加入,尽量使反应条件温和,减少副反应的发生,在较高反应转化率的同时保证较高的产品收率。Zeaxanthin and lutein are the two major components of the macular pigment.They have an important role in eye health.In this report a process for the conversion of lutein into zeaxanthin by base-catalyzed isomerization was described.The impact of the adding method and the amount of strong organic base solution on the conversion rate and production yield of isomerization reaction were discussed.The possible reasons causing these effects were analyzed.The results showed the amount and speed of organic strong base solution should be controlled,and dropwise rather than directly adding to the reaction solution is better.The reaction conditions should be mild to reduce the incidence of side effects and obtain higher reaction conversion rate and yield.
