水产品中挥发性盐基氮含量的不确定度评定

摘　　要：通过重复测定水产品中挥发性盐基氮的含量,计算实验标准差,分析并计算测试过程中系统效应产生的不确定度分量的值,达到了对水产品中挥发性盐基氮含量测量不确定度的合理评定,得出实验室的最佳测试能力小于实际测量的不确定度。By the results of repeated tests of the total volatile basic nitrogen（TVBN） in aquatic products,the paper calculated the standard deviation of the experiment,analyzed and calculated the value of the standard uncertainty that the systematic effect produces in the course of testing,and reached the rational evaluation of standard uncertainty of measurement on TVBN in aquatic products.
