摘 要:高等职业教育适应性的内涵体现为被动性与能动性的统一,可以从适应对象、发展时间和发展阶段等维度进行理解。以此维度审视当前我国高等职业教育的适应性,发现它是一种适应社会、适应现实的生存型适应,体现出过度的工具主义取向。高等职业教育适应性的取向应趋向于发展型适应,即应受到选择性、主动性和适切性等应然特征的规约。The connotation of the adaptability of higher vocational education is embodied in the unification of passivity and pre-activeness, which can be understood through the dimensions of the adaptive object, development time and stage of development. Examining on the adaptability of China's present higher vocational educati6n with the dimensions mentioned above,we find out it is a survival type, which adapts to the society and the reality, and it reflects as the undue trend of instrumentalism. The orientation of the adaptability of higher vocational education should be development-oriented and restricted by some necessities such as selectivity, initiative and applicableness.
