高师电子信息类专业职业教育培养师资的对策

摘　　要：分析了我国职业教育师资队伍的现状和存在的问题,提出了高师应充分发挥教师教育的特色和优势,调整专业设置和人才培养方案,构建能适应现代职业技术教育的人才培养模式,承担起为职业教育培养合格教师的历史重任。最后,提出了高师电子信息类专业为职业教育培养师资的对策与措施。The problems and status in quo of teacher teams in country vocational education are analyzed in the paper.By fully using the feature and the advantage of teacher education,adjusting specialty setting and person with ability training project,constructing person with ability training mode adapting modern vocational technique education,the high-grade normal university must be charged with history important task for vocational education training eligible teachers.Finally,the countermeasure and the measure of training teachers for vocational education by normal university electron information specialty are given.
