摘　　要：教学、科研、社会服务是高等教育的三大任务。该文从5个方面阐述在产学研结合教学过程中必须解决的问题。通过教学科研生产的有机结合,可以较好地引导和促使高等学校抓住教学工作的重点,全面提升本科教学水平和人才培养质量。Teaching, research and social services are the three major tasks of higher education. This paper set out five areas, in the industry - university - research cooperation teaching mode, must be resolved. Through the organic integration of in- dustry - university - research, the teaching institutions of higher learning can be better guide and promote to seize the focus of the work and raise the overall level of undergraduate education and personnel training quality.
