摘　　要：本文描述一个形式算法（即Diana算法）来证明Dirac算子的局部指标定理，并指出算法的魔力需附上一个逻辑的证明，在这种理解下，可看出Getzler的证明有一些缺陷．The paper describes a formal algorithm (i. e., Diana algorithm) to prove the local index theorem for Dirac operator, and points out that the magic power of the algorithm needs a logical ground attached. On this understanding we could see that there are several gaps in the Getzler's proof.
