摘 要:教师的教学个性是教师在教学中的自我展现。良好的个性化教学不仅有助于学生养成良好的个性,发展学生的创造性,同时也可以唤醒教师的自身追求,并使其得到尊重和满足。当前的个性化教学在制度上、管理上、评价上和教师自身等都存在着问题,我们应该从学校的管理方式、文化氛围、评价方式上使教师在教学过程中逐步形成个性化教学。The teaching personality is the self- displaying of teachers in the process of teaching. Good teaching personality is not only help students develop their character and creative but also awake teacher' s pursue, respective and content. At present, there are some problems in teaching personality, such as institution system, management manner, assessment and teachers themselves. We should form the management of school, culture atmosphere, assessment method, and teachers in the process of teaching to form the teaching personality.
