基于语料库的《尤利西斯》汉译词汇特征研究

摘　　要：本项研究基于萧乾-金隄翻译与创作语料库,对比萧乾汉语原创文本和萧乾翻译文本(《尤利西斯》)的词汇特征。研究显示,萧译《尤利西斯》的类符/型符比高于乔伊斯英语原创文本及萧乾汉语原创文本,表明萧乾翻译文本使用的词汇更富于变化;同时,萧乾在创作和翻译时有不同的遣词倾向。另外,动词"走"的英汉文本对译研究表明,英汉词汇之间存在一些翻译复现模式,如"一对多"或"多对一"的对译关系;译者倾向于以"修饰限定词+上义词"的复合结构来体现同一语义场中的语义差别。The article reports a corpus-based,contrastive case study of lexical features of Xiao Qian＇s translated Ulysses and his original Chinese literary works.The higher type-token ratio in translated Ulysses than in Joyce＇s and Xiao＇s originals indicates a higher variety of vocabulary in the translated text;the study of lexical categories in the translated and original texts reveals some divergences in Xiao＇s lexical preferences.Study of the lexeme ＂zou＂ uncovers some recurrent patterns between Chinese and English lexical counterparts such as a one-to-many and many-to-one equivalency as well as the tendency to use a phrasal structure of modified superordinate to differentiate nuances of meaning in the same semantic field.
