摘　　要：利用二元函数求极值的知识对输油管布置的问题一进行主要的讨论.在一些合理的假设下,针对两炼油厂到铁路线距离和两炼油厂间距离的各种不同情形,给出管线建设费用最省的一般数学模型与方法.最后,指出了模型的优缺点.In this paper, a general mathematical model for minimizing the cost of the pipeline constnletion is discussed on the theory of extreme value problem of binary function. Under some reasonable hypothesis, a design is given for the different distances between two refineries and the different distances of the refineries to the railway. Some faults and improvements of the model are pointed out.
