摘　　要：证明了稳定可逆矩阵相似于两个循环矩阵的积.并且进一步地证明了稳定可逆矩阵可表成对角矩阵与换位子的积.We prove,in this article,that every stably invertible matrix is similar to the product of two cyclic matrices.Furthermore,we represent a stably invertible matrix as the product of a diagonal matrix and some commutators.
