摘　　要：提高教育教学质量、加强内涵建设已成为民族高校的工作重点。教师队伍的内涵建设应以学校的办学定位、层次定位、人才培养定位、服务面向为基础,与学科和专业结构布局紧密结合,不断提升整体学历层次,优化职称结构、年龄结构与学缘结构,进而提升整体教学与学术水平,逐步建立一套保障师资质量的监督体系。In ethnic universities,the focal point of work is to improve education and teaching quality through connotation construction.Connotation construction of teachers should 1） be in accordance with school-running orientation,academic level orientation,talents training orientation and service orientation;2） be appropriately integrated with discipline development and specialty structure;3） uplift the overall academic level;and 4） optimize professional title,age structure as well as educational background of teachers so as to raise teaching and research level and set up a teaching quality control system step by step.
