摘  要:目的探讨反思日记促进手术室实习护生评判性思维培养的效果,以期为反思日记活动的推广提供科学依据。方法选择2009年8月至2010年6月在温州医学院附属第一医院手术室实习的60名护生为研究对象,在临床带教中开展反思日记活动,并采用评判性思维评价规范工具——修订的"评判性思维能力测量表"(critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version,CTDI-CV)对护生开展反思日记活动前后进行评判性思维与技能的评价。结果共收集696篇日记,其中护理操作231篇,占33%;医护患关系120篇,占17%;临床学习方法97篇,占14%;护士职业89篇,占13%;临床带教老师78篇,占11%;工作环境66篇,占9%;其他15篇,占2%。采用反思日记教学前后护生在CTDI-CV总分、开放思想、分析能力、求知欲及认知成熟度上的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论反思日记活动可以促进本科护生临床评判性思维能力的提高。Objective To explore the effects of the reflection diary in cultivating the critical thinking ability of nursing students in the operation room so as to provide scientific evidence for the promotion and application of the reflection diary.Methods From August 2009 through June 2010,60 nursing students from the operation room were enrolled in the study.The critical thinking abilities of the nursing students were evaluated before and after the teaching of the reflection diary with the critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version(CTDI-CV).Results Of the 696 diaries,231(33%) were concerned about nursing operation,120(17%) about physician-patient relationship,97(14%) about clinical training method,89(13%) about nursing career,78(11%) about clinical teaching,66(9%) about working environment and 15(2%) about other items.The differences before and after the teaching of the refection dairy were significant on the total score of CTDI-CV,open-mindness,analytical ability,intellectual curiosity and cognitive maturity in the nursing students(P0.01).Conclusions The reflection diary can cultivate the critical thinking ability in the nursing students.
