摘 要:目的调查分析年轻护士批判性思维的特质,为培养护士批判性思维能力提供参考依据。方法采用彭美慈等翻译修订的批判性思维能力(中文版)测量表,调查温州市4所三级乙等医院280名年轻护士批判性思维7项特质得分。结果 280名年轻护士批判性思维7项特质得分从高到低依次为求知欲、分析能力、系统化能力、批判性思维的自信心、开放思想、认知成熟度、寻找真相;不同工作年限护士批判性思维各特质得分差异无统计学意义。结论年轻护士批判性思维各特质能力并没有随着工作时间的延长而提高,需要加强培养,尤其是寻找真相能力。Objective To understand and analyze traits of critical thinking of young nurses and to provide reference for the training of nurses' critical thinking.Methods Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV) was applied to get information of traits of critical thinking of 280 young nurses of 4 hospitals in Wenzhou.Results Seven items in CTDI-CV whose scores ranked from high to low in turn were as follows: inquisitiveness,analysis ability,systematicity,confidence of critical thinking,open-mindedness,cognitive maturity and seeking truth.There was no statistical significance of scores from nurses with different lengths of service.Conclusion There is no clear relationship between critical thinking and service length.Related training should be provided to cultivate young nurses' critical thinking,particularly their ability of seeking truth.
