摘　　要：价值观管理作为一种管理理念和实践,已经逐渐成为可持续、富有竞争力以及更加人性化的文化的主要驱动力。本文在分析高职院校价值观管理的内涵和必要性、探讨高职院校师德建设中存在问题的基础上,提出高职院校师德建设价值观管理的基本策略。As a management philosophy and practice,values management has become a sustainable,competitive,and more humane culture main driving force.On the basis of the analysis on content and necessity of value management in higher vocational colleges and discussion on the existing problem of construction of higher vocational ethics problems,basic strategy of values management of teachers＇ professional ethics construction in higher vocational colleges is proposed.
