摘  要:高职院校继续教育的绩效,是其教育行为对该继续教育系统内部和外部的功能对象所产生结果的综合反映指标,包括内部经济效益、内部教育收益和社会效益三个宏观指标。根据其系统内部的子系统、要素以及外部环境,可以继续分解为多个中观指标,最后分解成可操作和测量的微观指标。由此建立的绩效评价体系,可以评价继续教育工作中的成效和年度绩效,反馈继续教育绩效的评价结果,有效促进相关利益方形成共生共赢的继续教育机制。Further educational performance in higher vocational colleges is a comprehensive reflection indicator of some certain results that its educational behavior is exerted on both interior and exterior system functional objects.It includes three macro-indicators of inner economic results,inner educational return and social results,and can be divided into several meso-indicators in terms of its subsystems,factors and environment.Furthermore,these meso-indicators can be decomposed into micro-indicators which can be operated and surveyed,so as to construct the further educational performance index system.The above evaluation index system can evaluate the further education performance of higher vocational colleges comprehensively,can evaluate the effectiveness of the further education,can appraise the annual performance of further education,can give feedback on the performance evaluation results of further education,and can promote relative stakeholders to formulate the symbiotic co-win growth mechanism effectively.
