引进企业文化创建有特色校园文化的对策研究

摘　　要：高职院校的人才培养目标和教学模式,要求校园文化中引进先进的企业文化。通过分析高职校园文化建设的现状、存在问题以及校园文化建设中引入先进企业文化的必要性,从而找出校园文化与企业文化对接的结合点,明确两种文化对接的对策。With Gardens and Horticulture as the research object, the paper proposes that there should be different talent cultivating objectives for secondary and higher vocational education respectively and the curriculum should be established based on the orientation of professional abilities. Only in this way, can two levels of talent cultivating objectives connect with each other substantially.
