响应面法优化罗非鱼下脚料硫酸软骨素提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：以罗非鱼加工下脚料为原料,对硫酸软骨素的提取工艺进行了研究。其方法是在稀碱-酶解法的基础上,再利用超声波辅助提取,采用响应面分析法对主要工艺参数进行优化并得到回归模型。结果表明,最佳的优化工艺为:超声时间为23min、碱浓度为2.4%、料液比为1∶7.9,此工艺下硫酸软骨素的提取率为0.627%,回归模型的预测值与验证值的相对误差为2.64%,表明该回归方程与实际情况拟合较好。The chondroitin sulfate was isolated from tilapia byproduct by a method of dilute alkali-enzyme hydrolysis and ultrasonic-assisted,using response surface methodology to optimize the main parameters and getting regression model. Results indicated that the optimal ex-traction conditions were as follows：ultrasonic-assisted treatment for 23 min,alkali concentra-tion 2.4%,solid-liquid ratio 1：7.9. Under those conditions,the extraction rate of chondroitin sulfate was 0.627%. The relative error of predictive value of regression model and measured value is 2.64%,indicated that the regression equation fitted well with the actual situation.
