摘　　要：目的：探讨杜仲叶饲料对鸡肉及鸡皮中胶原蛋白含量的影响。方法：采用HPLC-ELSD法,色谱柱：Thermo Hypersil Gold C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;体积分数为0.05%醋酸溶液-乙腈（96∶4）为流动相;柱温为15℃;流速为0.1 mL/min;蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度40℃,气流压强3.5 Bar。结果：羟脯氨酸的线性范围为0.562~6.744μg（r=0.999 4）,平均加样回收率为97.04%,RSD为2.35%（n=6）。结论：用杜仲叶作为饲料添加剂喂养鸡可增加鸡皮中胶原蛋白的含量。Objective：To discuss the effects of Eucommia leaves fodder on collagenous proteins of chicken and chicken skin.Methods：The quantitative analysis was carried out on a column of Thermo Hypersil Gold C18 by HPLC-ELSD using a mobile phase of 0.05%,ethanoic acid aqueous solution-acetonitrile（96∶4）under a flow rate of 0.1 mL/min.The columntemperature was 15 ℃;The ELSD drift tube temperature was set at 40 ℃ and the carrier gas pressure at 3.5 Bar.Results：The linear range of hydroxyproline was between 0.562 μg and 6.744 μg（r=0.999 4）,the average recovery was 97.04%,RSD was 2.35%（n=6）.Conclusion：The Eucommia leaves as fodder additive can increase the contents of collagenous proteins in chicken skin.
