摘 要:目的通过调查学生认知能力,探讨铁缺乏及不同程度铁缺乏对学生认知能力的影响。方法采用《基本认知能力测验》软件及《托尼非语文智力测验》,对研究对象进行认知能力测试。结果铁缺乏学生相对于铁正常学生,认知能力差。铁缺乏越严重,认知能力就越低下。调整社会人口学资料等混杂因素后,铁缺乏学生相对铁正常学生在记忆力、智力及认知能力总分方面有更高的不及格风险。结论长期营养素缺乏,尤其是铁缺乏,使机体处于铁缺乏状态,导致学生认知能力,包括注意力、记忆力、智力差,且铁缺乏越严重,认知能力就越低下。[Objective]Through the cognitive survey to explore iron deficiency and varying degrees of iron deficiency on cognitive ability of students. [Methods]"The Basic Cognitive Tests" and "Tony Test of Nonverbal Intelligence" were used for cognitive ability test on students. [Results]The cognitive ability of students with iron deficiency was poorer than that of normal students.The more serious iron deficiency was,the lower cognitive ability they had.After adjustment confounding factors of social demographic data,iron deficiency students had a higher failure risk in memory,intelligence,and cognitive scores,compared with relative normal students. [Conclusion]Long-term lack of nutrients,especially iron deficiency,induces iron deficiency in the body so that the state of cognition,including attention,memory and intelligence is poor;and the more severe iron deficiency will cause lower cognitive ability.
