摘 要:测定了广东省东莞市一家大型米粉加工厂排放废水中几种主要营养物质的含量,并探讨了以此米粉加工废水来生产扣囊内孢霉菌体蛋白的可行性。结果表明,该废水中含有0.09%的还原糖、0.31%的淀粉糖、0.63%的粗蛋白,扣囊内孢霉能利用该废水中的营养物质来快速地生长;扣囊内孢霉处理米粉加工废水生产单细胞蛋白的优化发酵工艺为:(NH4)2SO4添加量2 g/L,发酵温度25℃,初始pH 6.5,6%(V/V)的接种量,发酵24 h,扣囊内孢霉菌体蛋白的得率为4.34 g/L。The wastewater expelled during the production of rice noodle contains a large amount of organic chemicals. By detecting the concentrations of the main nutrients in the wastewatcr sampled in a large-scale manufacturer of rice noodle in Dongguan, Guangdong. The result showed that the wastewater consisted of 0.09% reducing sugar, 0.31% starch and 0.63% crude protein. According to the figures, the wastewater was adopted as a matrix to produce SCP generated by Endomycopsis fibtdigera and the conditions of fermentation were optimized. The results indicated that Endomycopsis fibuligera was able to utilize the useful organic chemicals in the wastewater for rapid growth and reproduction. The optimal conditions for fermentation were stated as follows: 2 g/L (NH4):SO4, temperature of 25℃, pH 6.5 and 6% (V/V) inoculum concentration. After 24 h fermentation, the yield of Endomycopsis fibuligera was 4.34 g/L.
