摘　　要：本文介绍了松花粉的结构特征、营养物质及其对应的功效,如对酒精性肝损伤的保护作用、抗氧化功能、降血糖功能、调节免疫功能、胃肠保护作用等,并总结了松花粉在食品与化妆品中的应用和发展。This paper introduces the structural feature,nutrients and effectiveness of pine pollen,including the protection from alcohol-induced liver injury,anti-oxidation function,blood sugar-lowering function,immunological regulation function,gastrointestinal care,and summarizes the application and development of pine pollen in food and cosmetics.
