摘　　要：我国农村人口众多,农村教育是关系国家的大事,然而农村的教师队伍建设却存在较多问题。单一角度的思考和策略不能解决这样复杂的问题,应采用综合系统手段。地方高师院校与农村中小学的合作共生,以及地方高师院校免费师范生政策是对解决这一问题的综合模式的探索。China has a large rural population,and rural education plays a vital role in the development of our country.However,there are many problems in relation to the rural teaching staff.Those problems can not be solved by simple method but only systemic and integrated measures.It is an exploratory research to stimulate collaboration between local normal universities and rural primary and middle schools.Also the tuition-free policy for local normal college students is another test.
