摘  要:目的:测定八角果实不同采收期挥发油和反式茴香脑(Trans-anethole,TA)的含量,探讨其最佳采收期。方法:挥发油含量测定采用水蒸气蒸馏法,TA含量测定采用GC-MS法。结果:GC-MS法测定TA含量在0.25~2μL·mL-1范围呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.56%,r=0.996(n=5);而挥发油含量在研究时间内为9~12g/100g八角果实。结论:8月中下旬采收是兼顾八角果实质量和产量的合理采收期,此时八角果干鲜率、挥发油、有效成分(TA)含量均达到较高值,可确保八角质量并产生良好的经济效益。Objective: The optimum harvest time of Illicium verurn was researched according to the content of volatile oil and trans-anethole(TA).Methods =The content of volatile oil was detected by vapor distillation while the content of trans-anethole(TA)were detected by GC-MS.Results :The content of TA was demonstrated linear dependence in range of 0.25-2μL · mL ^-1, average recovery rate was 9?.56%, r = 0.996 ( n = 5).And the content of volatile oil was 9-12g/100g Illicium verum fruit in research time.Conclusion =The mid and late of August is the optimal harvest time of Illicium verum fruit,consideration to quality and output of it.The quality and economic benefit of IIIicium verum were the best in light of the degree of water removing, the content of volatile oil and trans-anethole(TA)were maximum at this moment.
