摘　　要：在国际食品贸易中,为应对进出口食品安全风险,我国政府主管部门应建立进出口食品风险管理机制。本文提出了我国进出口食品风险管理的一般运行机制,主要框架分初步的风险管理活动、确定并选择风险管理方法、风险管理决策的实施,监控和评估风险管理措施的执行共四部分,着重强调了风险概述在进出口食品风险管理中的重要作用,同时也研究了风险概述的内容,这些都为我国进出口食品监管部门提供了借鉴。In international food trade, China competent authorities should found risk management mechanism of import and export food.This paper presented general risk management mechanism of import and export food in China, composed of preliminary risk management procedures, determining and choosing risk management method,implementation risk management measure, monitor and assess risk management measure. The paper emphasized importance of risk profile in food risk management, and researched content of risk profile ,the research could provide a reference for competent authorities of import and export food.
