摘　　要：L-亮氨酸(L-leucine)为人体和动物的必需氨基酸之一,同时也是三大支链氨基酸之一,是一种极其重要的生物化工产品。文章介绍了L-亮氨酸在医药、营养、化工等方面的应用,综述了其现有的分离纯化技术,最后分析了影响L-亮氨酸分离纯化的相关因素,并对L-亮氨酸的其他分离纯化技术进行了展望。L-leucine is one of the essential amino acids for humans and animals and one of the three branchedchain ones.It plays an extremely importanl role in physiological function.This article described the application of L-leucine in medicine, nutrition, chemicals and so on. At the same time, it also summarized the separation and purification techniques of L-leucine.Finally,the main factors affecting the separation and purification of L-leucine were discussed.
