福建省普通高校师范专业办学现状、问题及其改进

摘  要:基于福建省普通高校师范专业地区布点、发展规模、层次结构、学科分布和课程改革的现状调查分析,全省师范专业办学中存在着教师教育特色日趋淡化、新型师资培养能力不足、办学资源受到非师专业挤占、高层次教师培养速度缓慢等问题。依据教师专业化理念,坚定师范专业办学目标;根据师资需求预测,适当控制专业发展规模;发挥教育学科优势,注重专业内涵建设;利用非师专业平台,实现师范性与学术性的融合;调整层次结构,加大教育专业学位研究生教育等,是今后全省普通高校改进师范专业办学、提升教师教育质量的基本策略。Based on the investigation and analysis of current teacher education program in terms of the regional distribution,developmental scale,hierarchical structure,disciplinary distribution and curriculum reform at Fujian institutes of higher education,problems are found in the operation of teacher education program in the province such as the weakening feature of teacher education,the limited capability of training teachers with new teaching style,the seizure of operation resources by non-teacher education programs,the slow pace in the training of high level teachers.So,to stabilize the goal of teachers education program according to the concept of the professionalization of teachers,moderately control the development scale based on the prediction of demand for teachers,take good advantage of the educational discipline and stress the internal construction of the discipline,make use of the platform provided by non-teacher education programs and integrate between the development of educational skill and scholarly pursuit,adjust the operation level and structure and make greater efforts on the training of professional degree students are the basic strategies to ameliorate the operation of teacher education program and improve the quality of teachers education.
