摘　　要：司马迁的《史记》是一部优秀的通史巨著,问世以来,研究者代有其人,史坛巨擘梁启超以其敏锐的眼光,独到的见识,深刻地体察并指出《史记》是中国、乃至世界史学中无与伦比的"超史"巨著。梁启超先生的看法是一个极富价值的理论见解,它对我们认识和研究司马迁和《史记》具有重要的指导作用。Historical Records by Sima Qian is a very well history book.Since it came out,many people researched and made rich achievements.Liang Qichao,a great historian,with his keen eyes,unique insight,profound understanding,he found that Historical Records is an unparalleled history book in China and even in the world.Mr.Liang＇s view is very useful,and it plays an important role in guiding us to research Sima Qian and his book Historical Records.
