高校辅导员队伍专业化职业化建设的思考

摘　　要：目前高校辅导员队伍建设存在辅导员遴选任用非专业化、工作职责不明确、人员不稳定等问题。而且,高校辅导员队伍专业化、职业化建设的现实条件已经成熟。为此,要采取明确辅导员的岗位职责、完善管理机制、加强领导保障等措施,加强高校辅导员队伍专业化职业化建设。At present, there exist some problems such as unspecialized,duty unclear and unstability of staff in the construction of counselor team in colleges and universities, furthermore, the condition of specialization and professionalization of counselor team is requisite, so, we should adopt some countermeasure to clear counselors＇dudy, to perfect management mechanism, to strength- en the construction of counselor team＇s specialization and professionalization in colleges and universities.
