摘　　要：地方院校女生比例越来越高,女性毕业生要想成功就业创业,必须提高就业创业能力。改革课程体系强化实践教学、以校园文化为载体加强公共能力素质培养、建立系统完善的就业创业教育体系、培养女大学生良好的性格和意志品质、根据女生的个性特点开展多种形式的能力开发活动等,是提升女生就业创业能力的有效途径。It is necessary to promote the employment and pioneering ability since there are more and more girl students graduate from schools.This paper is a probe into the ability cultivation for girl students in local colleges and the author also puts forward some methods,including adjusting curricula system to strengthen practice teaching as well as public ability training,developing various of events according with girls＇ characters to cultivate their quality,and building the system of employment and pioneering.
