摘  要:人际关系理论以人与人,人与组织的关系为指向,通过对事实与感情的区分,培养人们理解、倾听、交往与合作方面的技能,克服机能失调的组织反常状态,从而达到集体团结与组织和谐的管理目的。人际关系理论在西方教育管理的发展进程中产生了重大的作用。当下我国教育管理理应借鉴人际关系理论,视教师为"社会人",满足教师的社会需要,重视教师群体的作用,采用民主、合作的领导方式等等,创设和谐的学校人际关系。The human relationship theory addresses the relationships between people and people,and between people and organizations;it intends to educate people to gain skills in understanding,hearkening,association and cooperation and to overcome the abnormality of maladjusted organization by distinguishing reality from feeling.Consequently,it serves the goals to obtain solidarity and harmony within an organization.The human relationship theory has played an indispensible part in the western educational administration.At present,our educational administration should draw a lot upon this theory: to regard teachers as social men,satisfy their social needs,attach importance to the role played by teacher's groups,adopt the democratic and cooperative mode of leadership,and foster the harmonious human relations.
