摘　　要：加强生产性实训基地管理对高职教育的发展意义重大。要在确保学生职业技能培训顺利开展的基础上,满足企业产生经济效益的需求,需要从管理模式、制度、"双师型"队伍管理及教学环节等方面加强实训基地的有效管理。Construction of productive training base is a product of the rapid development of higher vocational education.As for the management of productive training base,it is necessary to strengthen the effective management of management model,rules and regulations,the management of teaching staff with two qualifications and teaching on the basis of ensuring the students＇ skill training and meeting the economic benefits needs of the enterprise concerned.
