摘　　要：教育公平是与社会背景和时代有关，与一定时期的政治、经济、文化特征相联系的一个动态性、历史性、区域性的概念，它涉及社会的基本制度、教育制度，也涉及社会成员的基本行为取向。我国目前正处于利益格局调整的关键时期，从教育利益平衡的角度对转型期我国教育公平的问题进行分析，有利于更好地把握教育公平的本质。Combining with the social background, associating with politic, economic, and culture of a certain time, education justice is a dynamic, historic, and regional concept. It involves social basic system, educational system and basic orientation of people＇s action. Our country is in the key stage of adjusting benefits pattern. This aims at systematic analyzing the essence and realization of education justice in our transformation stage.
