关于农村乡镇中小学校长培训的思考

摘　　要：农村乡镇中小学存在着办学条件差、师资力量薄弱、家庭教育问题严重,学校管理水平较低,针对此中小学校长培训应该加强需求研究,丰富培训内容,加强研讨交流,实施案例解剖,完善培训质量评估等。All those problems as poor school condition,lack of qualificated teachers and family education,lower administrative level are obstructive factors in the development of rural schools in Hubei province.Therefor,to inprove the level of running school,it is necessary in rural school principal training to research the demand of training in detail,to rich the conten,to use case teaching and to modify our evalution system of training.
