高职软件人才在校企合作中三种属性培养的实践与研究

摘　　要：随着软件产业不断成熟,软件企业对能快速适应企业自身要求的特色技能型人才需求欲望越来越强烈,而高职是特色技能人才培养的最主要平台,因此,有必要针对如何在高职院校中培养符合企业实际需求的软件技能人才进行深入研究。文章经过实践与分析将当前软件企业新需求技能人才的特色归纳为三种属性,并就这三种属性在高职软件人才以校企合作模式下培养进行实践探讨。As the software industry continues to mature,the software companies show a strong desire of recruiting talents who are able to adapt quickly and vocational training is the most important platform for training skilled personnel,so it is necessary to make in-depth study of how the vocational colleges do training in line with the actual needs of software companies.By practice and analysis of the current demand of skilled personnel this paper categorized them into three kinds of properties,and discussed how to cultivate personnel of these three properties in the vocational school-enterprise cooperation mode.
