摘　　要：《文化宣言》是当代新儒家的理论纲要。从一本性、宗教性和学术精神三个方面掘发了中国文化的特质,周详地论证了中国文化的发展与科学、民主的关系,并积极探寻世界文化的未来趋向。其学术价值在于,展现了当代新儒家对中国传统文化复兴的雄心与壮志。拟对宣言进行深入剖析,以期廓清他们强烈的忧患意识与救世情怀。Cultural Declaration is theory outline of contemporary Neo-Confucian,which has explored the characteristics of Chinese culture from nature,religious and academic spirit,thoroughly demonstrated the development of Chinese culture and the relationship between science and democracy,and actively explored the future trends of world culture.Its academic value is having shown the strong ambition of the contemporary Neo-Confucian to revive the Chinese traditional culture.The essay has mad a deep analysis on Cultural Declaration to clarify their strong sense of suffering consciousness and salvation feelings.
