摘　　要：终身学习是当今世界许多国家教育改革的理论基础和实践目标,德日美英四国的终身学习因国情不同而在教育政策上各有侧重。德日美英四国围绕终身学习制定的不同教育政策法规和实施策略,对我国终身学习的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。Nowadays,lifelong learning is the theoretical basis and practice object of the education reform for many countries in the world.With different realities of themselves,Germany Japan United States and Britain implement different education policies of lifelong learning.The study of the education policies and implementation strategies over lifelong learning set down by the four countries is of meaningful reference for China＇s development in this field.
