摘  要:高校教师教学质量评价指向课堂教学。高校教师教学质量评价在主体上倡导多元化,在评价方法上强调定性评价和定量评价相结合,在评教标准上设置增强区分性,评教过程中强化交流反馈环节,评价结果处理体现激励性。The teaching quality assessment of the public elective course is becoming the focus.Teachers' teaching quality assessment is based on target,a reasonable evaluation methods of collecting teaching work of all sorts of material and performance of its value,and the process of judgment.The teaching assessment have broad and narrow concept,but the narrow concept is adopted widely.The relevant research of teachers' teaching quality evaluation is focus in advocating evaluation of diversification,the relation between qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation,strengthening communication link in the teaching assessment standards,and reflecting incentive in the evaluation result feedback.
