强化职业教育促进就业的典型案例调查研究

摘　　要：当前高校大学生就业难已成为不争事实。这一问题形成的实质原因在于工业化在加速推进过程中,社会需要的是具有一定的理论知识、熟悉某项操作技能的实用型人才,而大多数高校毕业生并不具备此特征。借鉴河北省邢台职业技术学院的经验,实行订单式教育培训,提高学生职业技能,强化学生职业和创业教育,将社会需求与学生未来就业有机结合,则有利于解决上述问题。The unemployed problems for college In the course of China＇s industrialization,there is an students have aroused much concern of whole society urgent need for application-oriented personnel with a good command of knowledge and practical skills. However,the majority of colleges have failed to meet the demand of society. Accordingly,a survey is made of the references from Xingtai Vocational College. In this college,an ＂order＂ training is conducted so as to improve students＇ vocational skills. Social demands and students＇ employment are well integrated.
