摘 要:本文采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法(HS-SPME-GC-MS)分离鉴定了泽兰中的挥发性成分,考察了HS-SPME的操作参数(纤维头、样品平衡时间、萃取温度、萃取时间和解吸时间),并与传统的水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)和超临界CO2萃取法(SFE)提取的挥发性成分进行了比较.HS-SPME法共鉴定了58种成分,占总成分含量的99.51%,主要成分为烯类;SFE法共鉴定了61种成分,占总成分含量的84.92%,主要成分为环己酮和烯的氧化物;SD法共鉴定了45种成分,占总成分含量的88.30%,主要成分为烯的氧化物.三种方法测得的挥发性成分差异较大,但是HS-SPME法作为一种简单的手段可以用于泽兰中挥发性物质的快速提取和分析.The head space-solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS) was used to identify the volatile components in Herba Lycopi.The operation parameters of HS-SPME were investigated(fiber heads,the sample equilibrium time,extraction temperature,extraction time and desorption time),and the determination results were compared with the traditional steam distillation(SD) and supercritical CO2 extraction method.The GC-MS analysis results showed that 58 compositions were identified and accounted for 99.51% of the total peak areas by HS-SPME,most of which were alkene;61 compositions and 84.92% by SFE,most of which were cyclohexanone and 45 compositions and 88.30% by SD,most of which were alkene oxide.The volatile components measured by these three methods were quite different,but the HS-SPME method,as a simple method can be used for the fast extraction and analysis of volatile substances from Herba lycopi.
