摘  要:基础教育的教学名师多是通过"公开课"等渠道脱颖而出的。他们精心设计的教学和普通教师的常态教学有很大的距离。为了充分发挥教学潜能,应多研究和提供对"难教学生"有效施教的案例,直面新课改在应试教育张力中的操作困惑,并去乡镇的非重点中小学做些调研,进行研究性教学尝试,从而使自己的教学创新发力点,对我国基层学校教学发挥引领作用。Most expert teachers in elementary education are born of the "open class". The teaching set-up they design with great efforts is quite different from that prepared by ordinary teachers. In order to make their teaching potential into full play, they should make more research and offer more teaching plans for those "difficult to teach" students, focus on the operating dillema in exam-oriented teaching for the New Curriculum reform, make survey in those schools in countrysides and towns, and conduct some experimental teaching reasearch so as to play the leading role of the teaching in Chinese elementary schools.
