摘  要:陕西德业科工贸有限公司(以下简称德业公司)是一家私营的综合性贸易企业,对于这类公司,一支精干的、相对稳定、流动性小的销售团队是关键。文章从企业自身的角度,来解决销售人员流动性大、工作积极性不高的问题。在激励相关理论知识的基础上,借鉴现代企业激励机制的可取之处,通过对德业公司销售人员激励相关情况的调查研究和具体分析,对其现状及存在的问题进行了探讨,进而制定出激励机制的具体方案,并提出方案实施建议。Shaanxi Deye Limited Company (refer to as Deye Company) is a privately operated comprehensive trade enterprise. Regarding those enterprises, we need some capable, relatively stable, slowly fluidly, sales personnel. This article aims to solve the problems of fast fluidity, negative attitude based on the enterprise's own development through the theories of motivation and benefitting from some advantages of modern enterprise's motivation mechanism and combining the investigation and concrete analysis of the correlated motivation situation about Deye Company's sales personnel to discuss the present situation and problems and then to formulates concrete plan of motivation mechanism and put forward the implementations.
