摘　　要：在人际交往中都会涉及面子,交际者不但要顾及自己的面子,也要保护别人的面子,否则就会容易引起冲突。本文以电视剧《手机》第15集,围绕"手机"这一题眼所引发的人物交际的冲突为语料,从语篇系统的视角,即意识形态和面子系统入手,分析因不同代别(generational)人物语篇系统的影响而引发的交际者之间的冲突,旨在引导交际者在交际中避免不必要的冲突,以达成成功的交际。Human communication involves face,which requires one to carefully project a face for oneself while respecting face rights and claims of other participants.If not,tension would easily arise.This paper analyses tension produced in generational discourse.Specifically,conversations in the fifth episode of Cell Phone,a popular TV series in China,are chosen as its corpora and are fully discussed from the perspective of discourse system,namely ideology and face system,with the hope to provide possible guidance to avoid unnecessary conflict in communication as to achieve a communicative goal.
