高职毕业生流动党员管理对策的思考

摘　　要：加强对毕业生流动党员的教育管理是新形势下高职院校党建的重要任务。高职毕业生流动党员作为党员管理的特殊群体,其数量逐年在增大,教育和管理难度也在增大。本文通过分析高职院校毕业生流动党员管理的现状以及存在的问题,提出加强毕业生党员的教育、扩大基层党组织的覆盖面、丰富毕业生流动党员组织生活内容,完善与社会、单位三位一体的教育机制等对策与思考。It is an important task under the new circumstances for higher vocational colleges to strengthen the education and management of the graduate mobile ccp members,who is a special group of the ccp member management.With the increasing number of the graduate mobile ccp members year by year,the education and management of them is getting more and more difficult.By analysing the current status and existing problems concerning the graduate mobile ccp members management for higher vocational colleges,this article propose the solutions and thoughts of how to strengthen the education of the graduate ccp members,to expand the coverage of the primary party organizations,and to enrich the organizational life of the graduate mobile ccp members,so that perfect the trinity education system integrating higher vocational colleges,society,and employment units.
