摘　　要：本文运用质的研究方法对国内近年来高管团队的研究进行检索、编码和分析,分别从横向和纵向角度分析国内高管团队的研究现状。横向研究采用了研究设计和方法、研究数据类型和所属行业以及研究内容等指标,纵向研究则是对国内自2003年以来的高管团队研究进行递进分析,由此提出未来国内高管团队研究的建议与展望。The paper searches,codes and analyzes the domestic researches about top management team（TMT） with qualitative research methods.It analyzes the current research situation about domestic TMT from the horizontal and vertical latitudes respectively.For the horizontal latitude,it analyzes the research methods,data types,industries and research contents.For vertical latitude,it analyzes the progress in researching TMT from 2003.At last,it gives some suggestions and prospects for the domestic TMT research.
