试论网络环境下高职英语教师角色转换与教学方式的多样性

摘  要:英语网络化教学具有语言环境生动直观、真实;以学生为中心,充分体现了学生学习的自主性;内容丰富、形式多样;教师与学生、学生与学生交互性强的特点。这也要求英语教师要由教学的主导者变为服务者,由教学的包办者变为指导者,由为师者变为学习者。教师要积极采用演示式、情景式、个体式、合作式、交互式、探究式等多样性的教学方式,不断探求网络环境下高职英语教学的新路子。Vocational English teaching based on network is characterized by making the language environment be vivid, direct - viewing, be real, taking the students as the center, fully representing the student - determination, containing rich and various teaching materials, and providing highly free teacher - student intercommunication and student - student intercommunication. It requires a teacher to act as a service - provider as well as a teaching leader, as a guider instead of a monopoly of teaching, a learner than a teacher. It is suggested that a teacher positively adopt the new teaching modes such as demonstrative type, scenario type, individual type, cooperative type, intercommunicative type and probe type, and unceasingly seek the new pathways under network environment.
