摘　　要：教学方式是指教学主体为达成教学目标而运用的措施和方法，是教学活动的动态方式和存在状态。教学方式既是一种文化现象，也是一种文化实践，文化从不同方面影响着教学方式。教学方式的变革蕴含了文化制约性和文化匹配性等规律，同时教学方式也不断丰富着文化的意蕴。中国教学方式变革与发展的文化趋向是：文化批判——剖析教学方式的文化基础及其独特之处；文化寻根——探寻中国传统教学方式蕴含的精华；文化创生——融合中外古今的教学智慧，生成新的富有生命力、独特性、符合时代精神和社会文化需求的教学方式。Teaching mode is the measure and method that teaching subjects use to achieve teaching goals, which is the dynamic mode and basic state of teaching activities. Teaching mode belongs to cultural phenomenon and cultural practice, so culture influences teaching mode in different ways. The article analyzes the rules of teaching mode reform from the view of culture, namely the cultural constraints and the cultural compatibility of teaching mode reform, and explains the orientation of teaching mode reform in China, which includes culture criticism tO analyze the cultural base and particularity of teaching mode; culture root-seeking to search classic of traditional teaching mode in China, as well as culture innovation to create new teaching mode on the base of integrating teaching Wisdom at all times and in all cultures.
